Personal Training
Overview
Erica is our certified Personal Trainer who does individualized & group training sessions. She has a degree in Nutrition, Exercise, & Health Sciences and is pursuing a second degree in Dietetics from UNL.
Erica will help create a unique program and workouts based on one’s goals, abilities, and her expertise.
Erica likes to focus on functional training techniques to help strengthen the body, reach one’s goals, & be able to live your life with as much ease and enjoyment as possible. Nutrition and mental health are two other components that go hand in hand with fitness and Erica is willing to be of guidance to help one balance all the important aspects of life!

Guidelines for Physical Activity for Adults:
150-300 minutes of moderate intensity OR 75-150 minutes of vigorous intensity aerobic activity OR combination of the two.
Muscle strengthening activities of moderate or greater intensity for all major muscle groups on 2 or more days a week
Training Options
Choose between 30-60 minute training sessions individually or with a partner(s) which include:
A dynamic warm-up to mobilize the joints and tissues and warm the body up for activity
A functional training program which includes strength training, cardiovascular activities, balance & core work
A cool down to focus on stretching, breathing, and bringing the body back to its resting state
Individual Training:
- 5 – 30 minute sessions:
$100 - 5 – 60 minute sessions:
$200 - 10 – 30 minute sessions:
